The Fast, Easy, and Natural Way from Bad Cramps

…. to NO Cramps!!

If you are experiencing painful, crampy periods month, …after month..after month, how different would your life be if you didn't have to anticipate that?

How different would your life be if you didn't have to panic about being caught some place without pain meds, or have to plan your life around that time of the month because of the pain … missing a date, a wedding, a party?

I could NEVER imagine not having cramps with my period. Most of my friends had cramps, the tv/radio commercials said I would unless I took medication, and no one said anything different so I thought it was NORMAL…part of being a woman.

Well, I'm here to tell you that having pelvic pain or headaches during your menstrual cycle is NOT normal. I'm going to give you 3 simple steps to naturally go from bad cramps to NO cramps.

One: MIND BALANCE – Know and believe that you have the power to create how your body looks and feels. You are here, now, reading this article because you WANT to feel better, and be in control of your life. Even if you're readying this for someone else, you are their vehicle to self empowerment.

Two: SPIRITUAL BALANCE – A few days before and during your period, GET QUIET.  No negativity, no gossip, avoid watching the news.  Your body is about to experience a natural purge or cleanse.  This is a time to just slow down for a moment, but remove clutter (home, work, car, etc) where you can.  Take this time for more prayer, meditation and internal reflection. Ideally your period should be no longer than 3 days.  [Stay tuned for an article that takes about that].

Three: BODY BALANCE – One week before and during your period cut out refined carbs (cookies, crackers, cakes, most bread including wheat, most pasta), eliminate or cut back all meat and fish (including shell fish), and eliminate or cut back on all dairy.  Drink adequate water (typically 1/2 your weight in ounces). Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. OK. I know you're saying I can handle the first two, but this one Ayo doesn't sound so easy.  No worries…I got you.  First of all if you REALLY get steps one and two, this step becomes easier.  But what really makes this easy is that there are a lot of great alternatives and recipes out there that don't include soy or tofu!! Like Soy-Free Vegan Ground Beef, delicious almond milk recipes to replace dairy and tons of better carb options like quinoa, millet, couscous, sweet potatoes, etc . You can even get items already made at many health food stores. Just watch the salt and sugar content; and remember EVERYTHING in moderation.

BIG BONUS: Guess what? If you conquer all three steps, the number of days of your period may reduce!! 🙂

Note: If the cramps aren't gone completely then try the above for about 10 -14 days before your period  or you may need to do a cleanse; or you can always contact me directly for some specfic direction.

6432844_sWhen I do the above, by period comes and goes like a sweet butterfly. No pain. No drama. So if you want control of your body and get it back to its natural rhythm pain-free and drug free, try the steps above then click on the Comments link below and let me know how it's made a difference in your life!  Have a Happy Period!
